VL2 Pty Ltd (ACN 618 982 148) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 2 Murrell Street Ashfield NSW 2131 (Lot 6, DP 956, SP 102215) (the Development).
VL2 Pty Ltd (ACN 618 982 148) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
