Building Work Rectification Order for Winworth (Miranda) Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Winworth (Miranda) Pty Ltd (ACN 606 019 498) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 6-14 Urunga Street, Miranda NSW 2228 Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 DP 26174, SP99387 (the Development).

Winworth (Miranda) Pty Ltd (ACN 606 019 498) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
