Summary of Order
Wollert Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 155 969 850) (Developer) is issued this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to a Class 2 residential apartment building located at 39-43 William Street, Granville NSW 2142 (SP 93139) (the Development).
The Developer is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below at Table 1 in this Order.
This Order must be complied with within the period of 8 Months.
