Building Work Rectification Order for Zinkohl Pty Ltd

Issued under Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Summary of Order

1.  Zinkohl Pty Ltd (ACN 101 383 788) (Developer) is issued this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to a Class 2 residential apartment building located at 79-81 Wharf Street Tweed Heads NSW 2485 Lot 1 & 2 DP 4570 (the Development).
2. The Developer is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below at Table 1 in this Order.
3. This Order must be complied with within the period of 6 (six) months.
4. This Order consists of the entire document and must be considered as a whole. Please read this Order carefully and comply with any applicable conditions detailed below. If you do not understand any part of this Order, please obtain independent advice.
5. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
