Final Rectification Order for Sona Homes Pty Ltd

Issued under Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Sona Homes Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 25 Dartmoor Street, Box Hill NSW 2765 (the Development).

Sona Homes Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
