Section 9 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020
This Prohibition Order is being made in relation to the residential apartment buildings, located at 'JOLYN PLACE' 67-77 Epsom Road, Rosebery NSW 2018 (SP 94145) and Lot 2 in DP1223991 (the Building). This order prohibits:
- the issue of an occupation certificate in relation to the Building until the Order is revoked by the Secretary.
- excludes 13 retail premises located on the ground floor under Lot 3 & Lot 4 of DP 1223991.
