Rectification order for Alaxia Solar Pty Ltd

Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Alaxia Solar Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to Draft Rectification (Lot 112-DP1266381) 8 Leatherwood Avenue Leppington NSW 2179 (the Development).

Alaxia Solar Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
