Rectification order for Beechwood Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd

Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Beechwood Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 281 Southern Road, South Nowra, NSW 2541 (4/--/DP12831235) (the Development).

Beechwood Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out below in this Order. 

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
