Edgecliff Homes Pty Limited (the Builder) is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to No 45 Boollwarroo Parade Shellharbour, NSW 2529 (Lot 14, DP12479) (the Development). 

Edgecliff Homes Pty Limited is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
