Rectification Order for Glenbuilt Constructions Pty Ltd

Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Glenbuilt Constructions Pty Ltd (the Builder) is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 45 Raglan Street, Hill Top NSW 2575 (Lot 1, DP810415) (the Development). 

Glenbuilt Constructions Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
