Royal Constructions Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 26 Massey Street Oran Park (LOT 9901-DP1281760) (the Development).

Royal Constructions Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
