Rectification Order (Order) in relation to Lot 2/ 14 Herd Street Mount Hutton NSW 2290 (the Development).

Sustainable Homes Australia R and D Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
