Rectification Order for Urban Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd

Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Urban Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to Lot 49 (DP9326) No. 98 Railway Street, Wentworthville NSW 2145 (the Development).

Urban Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
