Stop work order for Nazero One Pty Ltd

Section 89 of the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020

Nazero One Pty Ltd (ACN 154241317) (NAZERO ONE) is issued with this Stop Work Order (the
Order) in relation to a Class 2, Class 5 and Class 7a residential development located at 2-10
Palmerston St, Kogarah, NSW 2217 (Lot 1 DP 1276253) (the Development).

Nazero One is required to ensure all work at the Development stops by 5.00 p.m. on 21 October
2024.

Please read the Stop Work Order carefully and comply with the conditions; and also make the
Development site safe.

Failure to comply with this Order is an offence and may result in criminal proceedings.
