Summary of Order

• Nokland Home Pty Ltd (ACN 618 262 338) (the Subject) is issued with this Stop Work Order (this Order) in relation to the building located at 28-30 Dening Street, The Entrance NSW 2261 (Lot 18 and 19 DP 23438) (the Development).
   
• The Subject is required to ensure all work at the Development stops in accordance with the Order, effective immediately from the date of this Order.
   
• This Order is subject to the following conditions:
  • Works that are strictly necessary to ensure site safety, prevent collapse, or address imminent hazards.
  • Works permitted under this order must be supervised by a registered structural engineer holding appropriate qualifications and registration under the Design and Building Practitioners Legislation. Evidence of such oversight must be maintained and provided to the relevant authority upon request.
  • Prior to revocation of this Order, the Subject must obtain registration in the class of 'Building practitioner - body corporate' if they are the principal contractor and the building practitioner.
  • Prior to revocation of this Order, the Subject must have, as an employee or director, an individual person with registration that authorises them to be a registered building practitioner for buildings that exceed the limitations of a 'medium rise building' in accordance with the definition in the Dictionary of the Design and Building Practitioners Regulation 2021.

• Failure to comply with this Order is an offence and may result in criminal proceedings.
