Summary of Order

• PSR Crownview Investment Pty Ltd (ACN 601 764 578) (the Developer) is issued with this Stop Work Order (Order) in relation to a residential apartment building located at 373 Crown Street and 2 Parkinson Street, Wollongong NSW 2500 Lot 100 (DP 1214547) (the Development).
• The Developer is required to ensure all building work on the Development stops in accordance with the Order, effective from the date of this Order.
• This Order is subject to the following conditions:
  • The Developer may conduct investigative professional engineering work and/or investigative specialist work.
  • The Developer may carry out minor building work for the purpose of maintaining or making safe the building, subject to written approval from Authorised Officers.

• Failure to comply with this Order is an offence and may result in criminal proceedings.
