Summary of Order

   Sustainable Homes Australia R And D Pty Ltd (ACN 647 350 187) (the Subject) is issued with this Stop Work Order (this Order) in relation to the building located at 14-17 Herd Street, Mount Hutton, New South Wales 2290 (Lot 22/ DP1304602) (the Development).
2. The Subject is required to ensure all work at the Development stops in accordance with the Order, effective immediately from the date of this Order.
3. This Order is subject to the following conditions:
   1. Works that are strictly necessary to ensure site safety, prevent collapse, or address imminent hazards.
   2. Works permitted under this order must be supervised by a registered structural engineer holding appropriate qualifications and registration under the Design and Building Practitioners Legislation. Evidence of such oversight must be maintained and provided to the relevant authority upon request.
