Rothesay Avenue Developments Pty Ltd ACN 165 264 808 is being given this Building Work Rectification Order ("Order") in relation to 20 Nancarrow Avenue Meadowbank NSW 2112 (SP98937) ("the Building"). Rothesay Avenue Developments Pty Ltd ACN 165 264 808 is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the potential serious defects as set out in paragraphs 8 to 60 of this Order. Failure to comply with this Order is a criminal offence.
