Knightsbridge Development Group Pty Ltd (ACN 603 240 080) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to address 433 - 439 Princes Hwy, Rockdale, 2216 (Lot 1 DP331780, Lot 1 DP965327, Lots 1 & 2 DP 955627 & Lot 1 DP752134) (the Development). Knightsbridge Development Group Pty Ltd (ACN 603 240 080) (Knightsbridge Development) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the potential serious defects as set out in below in this Order.
