Summary of the inspections
In May 2025, our practitioner, building, and electrical inspection teams conducted inspections of 26 Class 1 building sites across the Central Coast region.
These inspections covered all aspects of compliance, including defects, signage, licence checks, supervision, and specialist installations such as heat pumps, batteries, and electrical systems.
Most issues identified from these inspections came from knockdown rebuild sites.
