Summary of the inspections
In the Mid North Coast region, we conducted inspections and compliance checks for building quality in residential construction in April 2025.
Building Commission NSW inspectors focused on all aspects of compliance for Class 1 and Class 2 building sites. This included defects, signage, licence checks, supervision and specialist installations of heat pumps, battery and electrical installations.
General supervision with trades was found to be at an acceptable standard with no breaches identified in the specialist trade area.
