Act of grace payment register
The department’s act of grace register details act of grace payments made by the NSW Government.
This register sets out the statutory act of grace payments made by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) and approved by the Minister for Climate Change, the Minister for Energy, the Minister for the Environment, the Minister for Heritage, or Minister for Water, or the Minister’s delegate, under section 5.7 of the Government Sector Finance Act 2018.
