Authorise a primary complainant to make a disturbance complaint on your behalf
Authorise a primary complainant to act on your behalf
Completing this form
You should only complete this form if you are authorising the primary complainant to act on your behalf to manage the disturbance compliant. If you do not wish to provide the authorisation, do not complete this form.
About this form
You have been nominated as an authorising person by the primary complainant of a disturbance complaint lodged under section 79B of the Liquor Act 2007.
For the complaint to progress and be considered by Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&G NSW), it needs to be authorised by the other people living or working in the vicinity of the licensed venue subject to the complaint. All authorising persons are required to live or work in the neighborhood in a separate residence or household.
What happens after I complete the form?
Once you have submitted this authorisation form online, the primary complainant will receive a copy of the form. They will then upload it to their disturbance complaint form before it can be lodged with L&G NSW.
