Hospitality and Racing Strategy 2026-28 sets out our purpose and three-year objectives, guiding how we deliver effective regulation and support a safe, sustainable hospitality and racing sector.

The strategy focuses on harm reduction, outcome-focused and responsive regulation, and lifting organisational capability through modern tools, skilled teams and stronger decision-making.

Our organisational structure brings planning, regulatory functions and operational delivery closer together to support consistent and effective delivery of the strategy.
