Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade disclosure log
The disclosure log lists requests for access to information held by the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.
A disclosure log is a record of information that a government agency has released, often in response to a specific request from an individual or organisation under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (the GIPA Act) that the agency thinks could also be of interest to other members of the public.
A disclosure log must set out the date the decision was made to release the information, a description of the information released, and details about whether that information is currently available and how it can be accessed.
|GIPA decision date||Description of information|
|13 March 2023||Documents relating to the engagement of Professor Andrew McNaughton and development of a NSW Fast Rail Strategy|
|3 April 2023 and 18 April 2023||Information that the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority relied on to make a decision following Stage Two of the Newcastle Liquor Licence Trial|
