You won't be able to submit an online complaint or enquiry from 5:30pm Friday 7 August 2026 to 2:00am Saturday 8 August 2026.
This means that forms started or submitted during this time will not be saved and our team will not receive your information.

Contact the NSW Ombudsman if your complaint is about the conduct of:
- councillors
- council employees
- the administrative council.
If your complaint is about a product or service from a local council
