Product recalls
Find out what you should do if a product you bought has been recalled due to safety concerns.
Products are recalled if they are unsafe or likely to cause injury through use or misuse. Fair Trading has the power to remove unsafe goods from sale and this may include recalling dangerous products or issuing a public warning about a particular defect or dangerous product.
