Consumers warned not to deal with Anthony Lee Francis aka Tony Francis, Tiger Concrete and Tiger Concrete and Excavation Group

NSW Fair Trading Commissioner Rose Webb today warned consumers not to deal with Anthony Lee Francis also known as Tony Francis who has traded in NSW under the business name Tiger Concrete and Excavation Group.

Mr Francis does not hold a current NSW contractor licence and Fair Trading is concerned that Mr Francis may be seeking to trade without a licence. Mr Francis seeks residential building work, mainly general concreting including driveways and footpaths. In some cases, after contracting for the work and accepting payment, Mr Francis leaves the work incomplete, does not perform any work at all, and then fails to refund consumers their money.

Anyone who has had problems in their dealings with Mr Francis and his association to any trading names, or has information about his continued operation should contact NSW Fair Trading.
