NSW Fair Trading Commissioner, Natasha Mann, has today warned consumers not to deal with trader MMP Living Pty Ltd and its Director Mr Abhishek Bhandari who uses the names Make My Piece and Bone Inlay Australia.
NSW Fair Trading Commissioner, Natasha Mann, has today warned consumers not to deal with trader MMP Living Pty Ltd and its Director Mr Abhishek Bhandari who uses the names Make My Piece and Bone Inlay Australia and sell via websites 'www.makemypiece.com.au' and 'www.boneinlay.com.au'.
The online trader operates a business manufacturing, importing, and supplying furniture to consumers in Australia.
Complaints received relate to pre-paid online orders and include concerns that:
- There are delays in receiving goods ordered,
- Goods are not delivered and refunds on purchases are not provided,
- There are misrepresentations about the standard, quality, or composition of goods, and
- There is a failure to communicate with customers.
