Consumers are being warned not to deal with Tevita Tiliti Ungounga or his associated entities T.T. Construction.
NSW consumers are being warned not to deal with Tevita Tiliti Ungounga or his associated entities T.T. Construction, an unregistered business name in NSW, and T & T Sandstone Construction Pty Ltd operating in NSW.
Mr Ungounga was ordered in September 2017 to pay more than $56,000 in fines and costs for doing residential building work he was not authorised to undertake, including the construction of a new home for $350,000.
Mr Ungounga has never held a contractor license authorising him to contract or do residential building work, while T.T. Construction is an unregistered business name and T & T Sandstone Construction Pty Ltd is a deregistered company.
Anyone who has had problems in their dealings in NSW with Mr Ungounga, T.T. Construction and T & T Sandstone Construction Pty Ltd, or has information about his continued operation, should contact NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 to lodge a complaint.
