The company has advertised events to be held in areas of NSW including Sydney, Gosford and Newcastle.

Since 16 August 2021, NSW Fair Trading has received a total of 76 complaints and 16 enquiries against the company. The complaints relate to continued postponement or cancellation of events for which the consumers purchased tickets, refusal by Festival Ignite Pty Ltd to provide any refund and the continued offering for sale of tickets for events after cancellation of those events.
