Do not deal with Nillo Ashok Duggal, trading as 360 Degree Home Building Solutions Pty Ltd

Mr Duggal is advertising residential building work services on the internet using the name “360 Degree Home Building Solutions Pty Ltd”. That company has been deregistered.

Mr Duggal does not hold a contractors licence authorising him to contract to do residential building work.

Fair Trading has recently received complaints from consumers about Mr Duggal contracting to do structural landscaping work. The consumers complain that the work is unsatisfactory and uninsured.

In 2019, Mr Duggal was convicted by the Parramatta Local Court of seven offences under the Home Building Act 1989, (including for unlicensed contracting) and one offence under the Australian Consumer Law.

Anyone who has had problems in their dealings in New South Wales with Mr Duggal or 360 Degree Home Building Solutions Pty Ltd, or has information about his continued operation, should contact NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 to lodge a complaint.

Consumers are warned against handing over payment prior to meeting a trader and prior to the commencement of work.

Consumers are also urged to check that their tradesperson is appropriately licensed to do the work.
