Do not deal with Scott John Moore, previously the Director of Great Directions Pty Ltd

NSW Fair Trading Commissioner Rose Webb has issued a public warning advising consumers not to deal with Scott John Moore, previously the Director of Great Directions Pty Ltd, a company now in liquidation.

Mr Moore and the company previously offered and accepted payment for hair loss treatment and skin rejuvenation. Fair Trading believes consumers have paid upfront for services yet have been unable to schedule those services.

It is believed that Mr Moore is continuing to use the company name without the consent of the Liquidator and customers who engaged Mr Moore’s business after its liquidation are yet to receive the service they paid for - or obtain a refund.

Fair Trading is reminding consumers to seek multiple quotes for any health and cosmetic procedures they are seeking.

Anyone who has had problems with Scott John Moore, previously the Director of Great Directions, should contact NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 to lodge a complaint.
