Massoud Rassouli (also known as Michael Rassouli), trading as One Empire Fencing
NSW consumers are being warned not to deal with Massoud Rassouli (also known as Michael Rassouli) who trades under the business name One Empire Fencing. Mr Rassouli currently appears to be working predominantly in South Western Sydney.
Mr Rassouli does not hold a licence under the Home Building Act 1989 authorising him to contract for or perform residential building work.
NSW Fair Trading has received complaints about Mr Rassouli that are currently under investigation.
The complaints are from consumers who contracted with Mr Rassouli for fencing work. Consumers report that Mr Rassouli has demanded 50% deposits for work and after receiving payment has not done any work at all, and not provided a refund. Consumers also report that where work is done it is abandoned in a defective and incomplete state.
Anyone who has had problems in their dealings with Mr Rassouli should contact NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 to lodge a complaint.
