NSW Fair Trading has prosecuted the owner of wedding photography company Andres & Co.
The owner of wedding photography company Andres & Co was convicted of 15 charges of Australian Consumer Law, and ordered to pay $100,000. This includes $48,000 in fines and $52,000 in compensation to the couples.
The sentencing outcome reinforces that NSW Fair Trading will take strong action against businesses that exploit consumers.
