UBuild Containers Pty Ltd
NSW Fair Trading Commissioner Rose Webb has warned NSW Consumers not to deal with UBuild Containers Pty Ltd (Ubuild).
Fair Trading has received complaints about UBuild and several of these matters are currently under investigation.
UBuild does not hold a licence under the Home Building Act authorising it to contract for or perform residential building work.
The complaints received relate to consumers who contract with UBuild for pools and spas manufactured from used shipping containers.
It is reported that the goods are either supplied late, not supplied at all, or if the goods are supplied they are defective.
Anyone who has had problems in their dealings with UBuild should contact Fair Trading on 13 32 20 to lodge a complaint.
