Professional Strata Management Group licence cancellation

Key information On 22 July 2024, NSW Fair Trading took disciplinary action against PSMG Pty Ltd trading as Professional Strata Management Group. In a legal process underway, the previously cancelled licences of PSMG Pty Ltd and licensee in charge Mr Whitney Hong Wang were reinstated and they can continue to operate.  The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) will determine the appeal against Fair Trading’s disciplinary action.  Our Fair Trading case manager is assisting affected strata schemes and can respond to your questions.
