The regulator networks helping protect consumer interests across Australia and New Zealand
We are a member of 8 national Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regulator groups consisting of Commonwealth, State and Territory consumer protection agencies. These regulators meet frequently to resolve cross-border consumer issues, to collaborate on national education campaigns and progress reforms to the ACL. Through our participation in these networks, NSW Fair Trading works with other consumer law regulators and policy makers throughout Australia.
Consumer Ministers Network (CMN)
