Far West LHD staffer a finalist in 2025 Excellence in Allied Health Awards
The Far West Local Health District is celebrating one staff member who has been named as a finalist in the 2025 Excellence in Allied Health Awards.
Social Worker Rolaren Allison works in the FWLHD Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team is a finalist in the ‘Early Career Allied Health Professional of the Year’ category.
Each year, these prestigious awards celebrate and recognise the passion, dedication, and exceptional care provided by NSW Allied Health professionals and support staff.
FWLHD’s Director of Allied Health & Integrated Community Services, Melissa Welsh, said she wished Rolaren all the very best in the upcoming awards.
“Far West LHD is excited and extremely proud to have a finalist in the Allied Health Awards this year,” Ms Welsh said.
FWLHD Director of Mental Health Drug and Alcohol Services, Denise Jack, said she is extremely proud of the contribution that Rolaren has made within the Children and Adolescent Community team.
“Rolaren has shown all the key capabilities and core values of being a member within a high-paced acute team and we look forward to encouraging her to further develop her career in FWLHD,” Ms Jack said.
The Excellence in Allied Health Awards will be celebrated on 27 March 2025 and will be livestreamed.
