Incredible $179,316 donated by Kiosk Auxiliary to buy hospital equipment
The Broken Hill Hospital Kiosk Auxiliary volunteers have once again raised an amazing amount of money to buy equipment for use in the Broken Hill Hospital.
The Kiosk Auxiliary donated an incredible $179,316 to the hospital (for 2024-2025 financial year) to buy equipment for use across its services – $18,000 more than their donation last financial year!
The money will buy equipment for use in various wards and departments in the hospital including emergency response equipment, diagnostic and treatment scanners and monitors, IV pumps, and items such as furniture, patient room bar fridges and nurse call handsets.

“Once again the amazing Kiosk volunteers have made a huge donation to buy equipment that we can use across the whole hospital,” Ms Manoel said.
“It’s also incredible that their donations have increased over the last couple of years; I sincerely thank all the volunteers and the Kiosk Auxiliary for their generous donation.”
