Nominate outstanding Far West LHD staff for the 2026 Awards
Patients, families, and carers are invited to recognise exceptional Far West Local Health District staff members in the District’s 16th annual Staff Recognition and Health Innovation Awards.
Anyone in the community who has experienced exceptional care or service is encouraged to nominate staff members and teams for the 2026 Awards, helping to celebrate those who go above and beyond.
Far West Local Health District’s Director of People and Culture, Ms Samantha Waterfield said the community plays an important role in acknowledging the dedication of local healthcare staff.
“We are committed to recognising our employees for their achievements in delivering high quality care to our patients,” Ms Waterfield said.
“The Awards give our community members the opportunity to thank Far West health staff and teams who have made a real difference in their lives, or the lives of their loved ones.”
