•    Brick/block laying
•    Carpentry (fitting/fixture fit off)
•    Epoxy Floors
•    Waterproofing
•    Signage
•    Tiling
•    Final Cleaning
•    Landscaping
•    Fencing
•    Demolition (Stage 2: existing Hospital)
