Cancer care services enhanced as part of Milton Ulladulla Hospital upgrades
Construction is under way on the Milton Ulladulla hospital upgrade, which includes an expanded Community Cancer Services Centre and new medical imaging services to provide local access to care for the community.
The NSW Government is investing $7.5 million in the Milton Ulladulla Hospital upgrade, which will improve patient care and experiences and provide more local care with new high quality healthcare facilities.
The Cancer Services Centre expansion includes a new private room to support patients needing isolation or added privacy.
The upgrade will also deliver modernised medical imaging services, including a new CT scanner, giving the community greater access to enhanced diagnostic capabilities at the hospital.
The expanded and enhanced spaces have been designed to capture the calming views across the valley, creating a supporting environment for patients and their families throughout the treatment journey.
The Cancer Services Centre will include:
- An additional treatment room with an ensuite.
- An extra consultation room.
- A new reception space.
Patterson Building Group has been engaged to deliver the works, which are expected to be completed late 2026.
