Shoalhaven Hospital seeks expressions of interest from retail food operators to provide a high-quality café service in its new acute services building.
The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD) is calling on experienced and creative retail food operators to submit expressions of interest (EOI) for a new retail space at Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide a high-quality, customer-focused food service for hospital staff, visitors, and the wider community. ISLHD is looking for operators who can deliver cost-effective, compliant services while adhering to NSW Government Food Authority guidelines, the Healthy Food and Drink in NSW Facilities Framework, and the Food Standards Code.

- EOI registration deadline: Monday, 28 April 2025
- Mandatory site inspections:
- Inspection 1: 29 April 2025 at 9:30am
- Inspection 2: 30 April 2025 at 2pm
- Proposal submission deadline: Sunday, 11 May 2025
