Key impacts as of Friday 6 March 2026
- Lambie Dew Drive (south) / Gloucester House Drive
- Staged closures of hospital loading docks 1–6 will remain in place until Monday 16 March. Traffic control will be in place to assist with traffic movement and alternative access arrangements will be available at all times.
- Intermittent night works requiring temporary road closures are planned to commence Monday 16 March, continuing nightly from 9pm to 5am for approximately six weeks until mid-April, weather dependent. Works involve the installation of structural steelwork for the new East Extension Building. Loading dock access will be maintained via traffic control, however after hours mortuary access will be affected during these hours. Noise impacts are expected, and all impacted hospital departments will be notified in advance of any disruption. All works and road reinstatement will be completed by 5am each morning to ensure normal hospital operations can resume.
Hospital delivery access information
Access to the hospital loading docks (bays 1–6) and level 1 roller door is maintained via Gloucester House Drive, as Lambie Dew Drive is temporarily closed.

The Logistics Hub, located on the Western Campus, manages all small and non-palletised supply deliveries. Access the site via a boom gate on Salisbury Road. Staff at the Logistics Hub will take delivery of goods and distribute them to relevant departments/areas across the hospital.

- Opening hours: 7am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
