Our partnership approach

Strong relationships and collaboration with construction firms, consultants and suppliers are essential to supporting a productive, safe and sustainable infrastructure sector.

Our industry engagement approach is guided by our commitment to:

  • Communicating often and early
  • Seeking feedback and input on key priorities
  • Resolving issues in partnership
  • Encouraging innovation.
Principles for partnership

Health Infrastructure has built positive, long-term relationships with industry groups and delivery partners over 18 years of consistent health capital investment.

We proudly support the NSW Government Principles for Partnership with the Construction Industry as a member of the Government’s Construction Leadership Group.

We are implementing these principles in collaboration with delivery partners across the health capital portfolio.
