healthdirect provides trusted online information about a huge range of health issues, including conditions, symptoms, treatments, the health services and more.

The healthdirect Symptom Checker will guide you to understand your symptoms and provide advice on if you should see a local GP, manage the condition at home, or go to an emergency department.

Make a payment

We've made it easy for you to pay for services provided by Hunter New England Local Health District.

If you have an invoice number 

Use our secure payment portal. Simply enter your invoice number and select the facility you're paying for. 

If you don't have an invoice

Please use the secure non-invoice payment portal for payments without an invoice. This includes overseas patients and self-insured private patients. Make sure to select the correct facility
