This stream will access lists of viable projects identified through previous procurement processes, including the HIF. Projects will be selected according to their alignment with BCHP objectives, client and locational needs, value-for-money, and ability to deliver additional crisis and transitional accommodation.
Subject to further analysis and confirmation, these projects could start to deliver dwellings by the end of 2026.
