Community housing access policy

This policy applies to all properties governed by the contractual agreement with a community housing provider (a Community Housing Assistance Agreement). An organisation's failure to use their best endeavours to comply with policy requirements is cause for review of an their registration status under the NSW Regulatory Framework and the National Regulatory System for Community Housing.
