In accordance with our direct dealing assessment framework, we have assessed the below proposals submitted by community housing providers (CHPs) under the CHP direct dealing policy.

Evolve Housing (Evolve) | Arncliffe | Evolve's proposal invites Homes NSW to invest in a development of a mixed-use site, which will include market housing, affordable housing and social housing, where the social housing will be owned by Homes NSW and managed by Evolve. | State 2 Approval on 27 June 2024 | Homes NSW will receive social housing units in return for a capital contribution as an investment towards the acquisition of affordable units by Evolve. |
